After John was arrested, as John the baptizer, of course, Jesus came into Galilee preaching the gospel of God and saying, the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent and believe in the gospel. Passing along by the Sea Of Galilee, Jesus saw Simon and Andrew, the brother of Simon, casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen.
Jesus said to them, follow me and I will make you become fishers of men. Immediately, Simon and Andrew left their nets and followed Jesus. Going a little farther, Jesus saw James, the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who were in their boat mending their nets. Immediately, Jesus called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants and followed Jesus. And this is the gospel, the good news of the Lord.
